VERY Rude - Unprofessional

Review - 31st August 2021 - CAPE TOWN BRANCH

I would avoid these guys if you can. I spoke to one of the woman at the Cape Town branch (date 31 August 2021 - 09:00am) with regards to a parcel they could not deliver. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a "Customer Services rep" in all my days of dealing with courier companies. I own a software house based in the UK and we specialise in Courier Software, so I deal with courier people all the time. Seriously, if the staff have no respect for a customer, imagine what the management are like. Think about that for a minute before you decide to use them. You have choices and there are better companies. ... my 2 cents
