Rudest Company Ever!

Good day, Today is the 27.10.2020 16:21 Firstly we asked them please to be at our offices at 15:00. Guess what they wernt. Then we received a phone call from the branch at Riverhorse Valley Telephone: ***. The guy on the phone was so rude asking us do we really close at 4pm on the dot.? Serious! When the Truck finally got to our offices firstly missing the entrance. We had to go look for them. Again driver rude after we told him he cant reverse back into a 1way. He needs to come around. Then they asked for the herse to lift the pellet up. Unfortunately the other company closed just after 3 so we couldn't use it. All the workers attitude towards us was really unexceptionable. How can you run a company like this!!!
