PICK UP FORGOTTEN PROMISE NOT KEPT

On Thursday 9 April we booked a collection that was very urgent at M &<br> P Trikam I was told I would latest get it this morning. I phoned<br> Trikam to confirm that the parcel was collected on Friday, to my<br> surprise this was never collected and I am very upset because no<br> reason can be given so this means that a fault occured and my booking<br> was forgotten.
