Pathetic

<p>I ordered a parcel online on 6 December 2016, and was informed that it had been delivered to First Freight on 12 December. on their website it states that it was loaded for delivery on 13 December 2016...all good and well, except that I am still waiting for it to be delivered and it is currently 3 January 2017...</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not receive any phone call or email from the company to inform me of anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>PS. Just recieved a call now, and they want to deliver to the company that I purchased my stuff from??? How *********** can you be???</p>
