Disastrous courier
Exceedingly slow. My parcel has been stuck at the CPT collection hub since the 9th December 2021 to date. A full week. I phoned customer service and they're not even sure where it is. Minus 50 stars. There are other courier services far superior to this.

18 Dec 2021, 07:51It's been 10 days now. I received the very first email on the 17th stating the parcel was mis routed. What a shame. The good old Post office would've been faster. If only I had known.
