Could be Improved

They Seem Quick but That's not why I'm Reviewing them. I saw on website it said on Delivery on Friday 13th so i thought great i should get my parcel today , i literally waited the whole day till 17:00 for them , then only once i go out to dine and at 17:33 , they call & say the driver is 10mins away!!! But i waited the whole day.
