Following a mix up on Monday whilst fetching my car from the dealer, my quoted premium increased by R250 in a space of 2 hours. Naturally I was upset and requested a policy cancellation. I spoke to ****em this morning who was able to turn my frown into a smile. I am happy with my adjusted premium!
