YOU PAY FOR NOTHING

On Saturday 2022-07-09 my daughter's vehicle keys was ****** at the rugby. I phoned the insurance as this was a high risk. Being alone with the vehicle, someone having the key and she waiting for a lock smith from the insurance. The call was made to 1st for Women at 21:20. I phoned in the meantime to request as to find out how far they are, as she was alone. I then requested friends to go and be with her as this was a vulnerable situation. At 23:34, I received a call from 1st for Women with a quote for a locksmith to assit. This is absolutely %@#^ service. Where is your guardian on call??? I have three vehicles insured with them, but rest assured, I will look for new insurance immediately.
