You can do better, 1st foe women

On March 31 at about 19h30, I had a vehicle accident. My car was damaged and I couldn't drive. I contacted 1st for women. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere and the person who picked up my call didn't even bother asking if I was safe. I was the one who asked her to send security while waiting for the tow truck. Well, it turns out that day the guardian angels were guarding no one. A good Samaritan pulled up and waited with me. Tow truck came 30 minutes later and still no security. He inspected the car loaded it and drove me home. Only when I got home the lady who picked up my call called again and I told her I was very mad cos nobody didn't bother to check if the security arrived. 1st for women you can do better. Your guardian angel service is one of your selling points and yet you failed me on the 31st March 2023 along M18 road.
