YOU ARE *****!!! AND DO NOT DELIVER ON WHAT YOU PROMISE
i arranged a rental car for delivery 9am 03.11.20 which was only delivered 4:30pm. FFW is blaming Europcar and Europcar is blaming FFW. Because of car not being delivered i had to Uber home. FFW said they would refund the car delivery fee yet Europcar DEDUCTED THE FEE AGAIN today 11.11.2020 - WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!!!! the worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
