Yolanda phoned me because I wanted to upgrade my car insurance. She was friendly and professional. I'm a very satisfied customer. My only problem I have is she said I must go into my app to download pictures of the car and the app does not want to do it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm 72 and struggling with technology
