wrong debit order date!!

This insurance company has ruined my credit record and have subjected me to over R1000.00 in bank charges over the last year. ever since i joined them they have been debiting money from my account 3/4 days before the agreed date. and each month i would call them and ask them to stop this nonsense, they promised to stop each month, until today a year later i am still struggling with this.

i will NEVER advise anyone to use them NEVER. this is officially leaving this insurance this month.
