Wrong date Deductions
Im not happy at all, im furious, with the 2 deductions that went off my account outside the agreed date. The premium went up but 1st for Women decided to deduct whenever they want. I dont even know what is the honouring fee for. I want everything reversed and deducted as per the signed contract. Otherwise im happy to cancel this insurance

Why did this debit go off my account on the 18th June? My contract says 20th
My premium was due for an annual increase in June or July? If its july why was the new amount deducted in June?
What is the honoring fee?
Why did it move from 1 4000 to 1 800?
The money i had in my accoun was to cover for my medication, I was inconvenienced and Im furious about this treatment

My premium was due for an annual increase in June or July? If its july why was the new amount deducted in June?
