Wrong credit report information

I’m very disappointed with 1st for women, I have cancelled my policy with them 4 months ago due to not being able to continue, I have their consultants calling me asking if I’m ready to get a quote again and I’ve again explained no I’m not ready and each time they have confirmed my policy was cancelled .

I check on my credit report last month to ask them to please stop updating it because this policy is cancelled and I was again assured this is done already, today I go my credit report and there they are again updating it. For what ? I don’t have a policy with 1st for women, why are they updating false information?

This so messing with my record and messing up my chances of whatever plans I may have in future.

Please stop , remove it as it’s wrong and not a true reflection
