Nkosinathi displayed arrogance, disregard, and a lack of respect throughout our conversation. His behavior was completely unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. As a valued customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, and this interaction was far from that. I hope you will address this matter appropriately to ensure such experiences do not happen again in the future.
