Would not recommend value added products due to poor claims management and poor customer service

I would not recommend the value added products ("scratch&dent" and "tyre&rim" cover, due to the claims process and customer service being very poor. Although I registered claims on the app, they claimed they didn't receive it and I had to send everything again a couple of times. No feedback is received from their side - you have to phone in and spend an inordinate amount of time on the phone to follow up. They fail to call you back when they say they will. Not pleasant and for me not worth it.
