Would have given a 5 star but...

If I didn't have to call twice and wait over an hour from the time of the first call then yes 5 stars would have been given. The first lady didn't assign someone to help with the tyre issue, called in the second time and she helped me. So 1 star to the first lady and 5 stars to the second Lady who helped me
