Worst service received since 2012 when I joined

I called FFW this morning to request a tax certificate for a payment that I received from then in March 2014 according to SARS. I spoke to a Pretty Silinda who did not help me. She wanted me to give her a 2014 policy number which I do not have. She is sooo rude!!!! Can someone from FFW send me my tax certificate for 2014 asap after that teach pretty some customer service skills
