Worst Service. *********** Staff

I have an ongoing claim since last year December. I get different agents whenever I call to make a follow up, and all they tell me is that they’ll escalate to the claims manager.

My car was involved in an accident and taken to the Panelbeaters. 1st for woman then declared my car as a write off and gave me a choice to keep the car or for the car to be actioned. They even sent me calculations on how the payout was going to be distributed. I choose to keep the car. The insurance immediately paid the Panelbeaters and informed me to collect the car….That was the last I heard from them first week of May. They have not settled the outstanding payment to the bank, and the amount owed to me. The Agent who initially assisted me Tshwarelo Makgaba does not respond to my emails. The claims manager never responds either.

It’s very frustrating. I wouldn’t advise anyone to join or continue with this insurance.
