Worst service in the History 9f Insurance

First for Women. They have provided the worst service in History. I thought they were a High Class Insurance company on the contrary..... They don't deliver, I have to contact them repeatedly to get feedback. Please people be aware of the poor service delivery. Management has not contacted me once.... Even after lodging complaints. They sent out a Plumber to assess my claim..... The plumbing company did not adhere to Covid 19 protocols..... They were not represented in uniform and they made me and my family feel uncomfortable. Don't ever insure from First for Woman. Jonelda the manager is never available.... They can listen to all my calls that I had to make to try and get info from them. There is NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. THE PLUMBING COMPANY WANTED TO PROCEED WITH THE CLAIM ON THEIR APPROVAL BUT I REFUSED AND WHEN I CONTACTED FFW THEY KNEW NOTHING OF THE SORT..... 500%BAD SERVICE.. . TO THIS DATE 6 DAYS ALREADY AND NOTHING FROM EDWARD THE CLAIMS PERSON ASSIGNED TO MY CASE.
