Worst service from first for woman

I'm failing to understand why are we paying the insurance because I feel that they failed me. So I was involved in an accident in March and my car was taken to Jocks panel beaters on the 30th of March which is where my nightmare started. My courtesy car time lapsed and I had to pay from my pocket. I was told that they haven't received parts from their supply which I think it was fair. After receiving parts nothing was done to my car. Remember that time I'm the one who is contacting the panel beaters with my petrol, my time everything. I contacted my insurance for interference but they were not interested until I went to their offices in midrand. It looked like they were going to help me. Only to find out few days later everyone was to busy to assist with my queries. Now the car is fixed and I'm not happy. It's not safe to drive. Loose panel, engine light is on. I really don't know what to do because I thought having an insurance would be helpful. 2 months later my car is still not in good condition. I'm very disappointed in 1st for woman
