Worst service ever received - disappointing is understatement
My mother submitted her claim in March 2021, till today we still waiting, the panel beater has been waiting for 1st For Women (part sourcing division) to find a freaking bonnet for almost 6 months now, my call was assigned to Jonathan who we have to chase after for updates , poor service ever , this company makes it so obvious that you don't matter as a customer, maybe our premium isn't that much, even if parts were to be shipped in from abroad , 6 months and counting.... really? This is beyond disappointing....

22 Jul 2021, 16:11Today I contacted your call centre at 08:35 , 40 minutes on a call , spoke to a consultant who referred me to her manager Thembi Hleza, she told me she's escalating my matter to Ntando Sungile (manager from Parts sourcing) who will contact me back today, all sorts of promises were made to be called back but nothing still, again I repeat don't make it so obvious that you don't care about your customers, apologising of your poor service is as good as saying nothing if you don't keep your promises. Poor service
