Worst service ever, loading debit check mondate again and again even after blocking them with my bank without my permission

The worst insurance ever. January i had informed them i had no car but they still kept the insurance active. Worse i even blocked them from debit on my account, reversed a debit order but they still went loaded a another debit check. And debit my account. Every month they cause me bank charges of 150 for over the past 3 months worse you have to repeat yourself every time. To them and they refuse to refund me... worst service ever
