Worst service ever
Worst service ever, I've put in a claim and i had to wait for whole 7 days for it to approved. They kept taking me from pillar to post. Then when i needed assistance with collection of my courtesy car it was a challenge again. They have the rudest agents who are lazy to work, they don't even read POPIA.

12 Sept 2024, 16:05Dont you lie , the relevant department you talking about does not even record complaints calls. The so called manager whom my issue has been escalated to date am still waiting for their call. Which i know he wont even call because thats what you do.

12 Sept 2024, 16:07 That guardian angel button on the App does not even work. After my car accident i kept dialling it, it didnt work. I had to even go online search for their contacts to give them a call directly. You advertising **** things for us.
