Worst service ever

Worst experience ever It has been nothing BUT HELL dealing with your staff. I confirmed with a consultant during October that shortfall is active and she confirmed yes. I have spoke to numerous people today, no one provides a complaint reference number. In the last call at 13:05 I asked the person to put me through to her manager, and she drops my call. She had no idea what I was explaining in the call and I had to keep repeating myself. I regret joining your company !!!!!
