Worst service ever and slow with resolution

We take out insurance for purposes of ease and convenience. With First for Women, this has been an absolute nightmare. It has been over a month with no payout and no feedback. Even the managers who promise to call back, never do. I'm having to replace items out of pocket, and there's still no resolution in sight. I was promised finalization by this week's end, that is today. There is still nothing.

I changed insurances thinking this would be best. But I am livid and ready to lay a complaint with the ombudsman as this is ridiculous.

I am severely appalled.
