Worst service ever
Would rate First for Women zero if it was possbile. I got stuck on the road and called them at 08:30 and their service provider/ tow truck ony pitched at 14:45. Imagine waiting for 6 hours on the road. When I called them I was told to get my own technician to release the automatic gears so that the vehicle can be towed. How am I expected to get my own technician/ mechanic, when I'm stuck in a foreign town/ area? I'm extremely disappointed and had no choice but to cancel my cover with them. It took BMW 5 mins to assist me. I would really not recommend them to any one. Bad service for a R4500 premium.
