Worst service ever

If the is ever a time where i have regrets its taking car insurance and service plan from first for women, after a have told them exactly when to deduct on my account they still chose to deduct earlier than the date, now i have accumulated debit fees because of this. and these people are being giving me a run around about something that is so clear. Not only are they ****ming me of my money, they have ruined my credit history
