Worst service ever

A month later my car is still not fixed. I received approval letter and was told I need to communicate with the repairer directly. I called the repairer and to my shock they did not receive any confirmation but instead a claim cancellation letter. I have been trying to contact the consulted assigned to my case by the name of Harold Jabar, whom is not even responding to my emails. I've made several phone calls but still no help. My rental car is due on the 4th and my car is still stuck with the panel beater. This worst service I've ever received in my entire life. My first claim (pothole damage) after so many years of being with this company and this is the treatment I'm getting. I'm highly disappointed

Reviewer Update
My car is still not fixed and I am now told I need to return the courtesy car or extend it at my own cost. I tried to explain to them that the repairer is still waiting for parts, which should be in today and only then they will start with the repair process and the respond I got from Sesharika Naidoo is that ''management have confirmed that there is no further extension for car hire, the insurer does not take liability for ordering and delay of parts and repairs". This makes no sense as the repairer is theirs and they should be following up with them to expedite the process. I have never been so inconvenienced. But instead here I'm begging my insurer for a service I pay for every month without any delays.
