Worst service ever

Its sad that i have to be running around and paying money for the car which was a write off in 2014, the car has been paid up with African bank in 2016 but yet still today i am still paying for the license disc for this car, even though you guys took the car, ive tried sending emails several times with no success, but now its time i take this matter further to all social medias and to the Ombudsman, i need all my money back and confirmation that this car has been removed from my name, should i not get any confirmation or feedback by 12 tomorrow i will take this matter further,
