Worst service ever!!!!

I have legal cover with 1st for Women, worst service ever! I have 2 cases open with them, one labour related case and the other is retail services. They outsource the legal services, the Retail service case is handled by Law for all and the Labour case by Outsurance. Both cases are on stand still it has been 3 months and every time I send emails to ask what the progress is on the cases, they never reply and when i call they are either too "busy with other clients" or they are on leave. I would never advise anyone to take any cover with them because it's just a waste of money,you will never get value for your money...ever!!!
