worst service ever

incident happened July 2015 even now first for women has not resolve my issue ......they claimed the car is fixed I went to pc green stone to collect vehicle after they have been fixing it for 5 month 2 weeks down the line I got stark on the n14 road called Hyundai to collect the vehicle to check on the problem .....when I got the report back they told me they can't assist cause the parts on the vehicle are not Hyundai approved meaning the people who were fixing the vehicle replaced the original parts with whatever they felt is suitable ......I contacted the insurance to inform them of the problem they requested the quote after receiving the quote they told they want another report meaning I have to Waite for another month ... bear in mind am paying for this vehicle installments every month cause it won't stop cause first for women they just doing nonsense on my vehicle its been 7 months till date the issue still pending they dragging their fit cause why??? willow park responsible for fixing the engine pc green stone for fixing the bumper both those people service sucks cause I had to call and check on the repair like really ......this is the worst service ever
