Worst service ever

I am so disappointed with the service from first for women , involved in an accident , asked for a call back and no response or call back , phoned again was told will be called , till I phoned next morning , spoke to a consultant my phone ran out of airtime , didn’t bother to call back after talking for 25minutes on the phone , phoned again as I waited for the call in vain ..To me their adverts are just falsified..They don’t walk the talk...no one seems to care guess all they care about is the money we pay monthly..

I am definitely changing insuarance company
