Worst Service Ever

I was involved in an accident and I decided I won't claim from my insurance as the lady who bumped into my car said she will pay for all the damages. The insurance called the lady without my concern and made an arrangement of how she will pay. She even paid two installments without me knowing. When I found out I told them to cancel the agreement they had as the lady had agreed to fixing the car without the insurance. We even had everything on paper. I kept on going to see the lady and she had empty promises. <br> <br> Later I decided that I will fix the car with my insurance and the insurance will be the one who will deal with the lady who bumped into me. She will have to continue paying like she did before.<br> <br> The car was fixed by the insurance and the whole time I was under the impression that the lady was paying the insurance so that I can get my R11 000 that I paid as the excess amount. Now I called them to find out what is happening. They told me that the case was closed last year September and they even reimbursed that lady her money. <br> <br> HOW CAN SOMETHING LIKE THAT BE DONE WITHOUT MY CONCERN? WHO PAYS THE PREMIUM? I PAY FOR MY OWN PREMIUMS AND PREFER TO MAKE MY OWN DECISIONS.
