Worst service ever!!

I am appalled by there claims process. My car has been in there possession since last Tuesday night. The only answer I keep getting regarding my car is that I will get my first update on Friday! That is when they will tell me what is wrong with my car NOT when it will be fixed. Then they will get the quotes and then it will be fixed. I am looking at being without a car for a month with the speed they work at I have never known a claim process to take this long!
