Worst service ever

Yhooo the level of service is beyond pathetic. I have been trying to contact you guys since Sunday. I sent numerous requests on the app for someone to call me back and no one ever did. I was on the phone now with one of your agents and I couldn't get assistance after being on the call for 15 minutes. Can You please cancel my insurance end of September am taking my business somewhere else. If I cannot get assistance over a simple query how much more will it be when it comes to a claim. I am beyond disappointed with first for women car insurance.
