Worst service

Worst experience I have ever had - The 1st time I was doing a small claim, I only received one call from 1st for woman to process a claim number, thereafter I had to call them everyday to find out what was happening and when they said they would call me back they never did. My car was at their assessment depot for 12 days - the assessor took 4 working days before looking at my car, the report took a whole day before the sent it to me, even though they had it available & then the following day I tried to get hold of claims processor to assist with towing and the problem is you can only correspond via e-mail, I sent a number of emails, but had no response for a full day, when I called 1st for woman call center, I explained I talk need to talk to this particular person, they said they would send an email !! - It's such a pity you can't speak to "one" person who can guide you through this process and let you know what's happening & just re-assure you things are going ahead etc, but there is no personal assistance at all, it's very annoying - You just get left not knowing what is actually happening - I had to keep phoning the place were my car was to find out what was happening, they gave me more info and helped me more than the people from 1st for woman. Having my car there for so many days cost me a fortune in alternative transport - the assessment and results could have been done in half the time. I was stressed the whole time and never had peace of mind ... I am sorry to say, I am so unhappy with 1st for woman's service.
