When I still find myself having to lay a complaint again on the same claim which I put through 4months ago.

On the 29thJuly 2016, I layed my first formal complaint via telephone.I spoke to one of their consultant i forgot the name she promised to call me back and she never did and im still waiting.I call them on monday to give them feedback on the accident and give the incident number from the policy station, they then advice me to pay for the dameges as the other party will refund me with my access. Its 4 months now going for 5 and still waiting.

I have to call them every week or send them an email but dont get the respond on whats happening ive requisted to be contacted for feedback and they promised me that. The person who im sending emails and phoning is Mpho Mashinini his number is ********** 676 and this days when i phone him his busy with something and promised to call back so i send him email and ive send him an email today asking about feedback and for supervisors or mangers number thats what he said''

Good day,

We still waiting for the accident report from the police station. I was advised they requested a small id copy as the one you sent was too big.

And i was supriced that if i didnt send him the email i wouldnt know whats happening with my clain im very much disapointment i expected more from them as it is a big company and its first for woman and im also a woman.
