WORST SERVICE

My car was in an accident and was driven to the assessment centre in less than 20min at the time of the accident. When I logged on to webpage I found photo's of my car looking worse than it left the accident site. When I made a query about the damages on the car I was told oh that was done by the towing company.I had informed the claims consultant that a few people saw the car and the condition it was in at the accident site and I showed them them the pictures of the car now and it's not the same. I am really dissappointed as my car was not severely damaged that it needed to be written off it could have been repaired. I took picture of the car at the accident scene and looking at the pictures on the site there is a difference. I also saw the car myself at the site. I am applaud at the service delivery. If I had not taken a pic I would have to accept what has been dealt out to me. I will not recommend anyone to use First for women insurance. I was dooped thinking they look after your interests.<br>
