Worst Nightmare

<p>I was involved in an accident in 2014. Someone bumped my car and First for women asked me to pay for the excess and they said they will get the involved party to pay the damages amount which after they will refund me back my excess which was R11 000.</p> <p> </p> <p>They never call unless I call and enquire. The lady who drove into me paid them 3 instalments in 2015 for the damages and they decided to close the case without bothering to contact me. They even refunded her the amount that she paid. They claimed to have re-opened the case but every time I call them they tell me that they will issue summons.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now the end of 2016 and I haven't received any good feedback about getting my excess amount back. I pay them a lot of money and I am being treated as if they are doing me a favour. </p> <p> </p> <p>First for Women doesn't value their client yet they claim to be a good insurance.</p>
