Worst Insurance service, ***** and ********

I have had the worst insurance claim experience in my life. I have been a hit and run victim and since reporting the incident this so call insurance has not called me. When I call to enquirer why the favorite excuse is “we apologize for the inconvenience” as good as telling me to go to hell. Never had to claim, been paying every month and when I need to be taken care of you are nowhere to be found. You are a **** just like all other insurances.. I will fix my car myself and sue u for all my premiums back. How long does it take to get assessed? Bilal Cook supposed to call me is the feedback. Is this person even a real person? Totally disgusted...
