Worst insurance service ever received
By far the worst customer service I have ever received. It is tremendously difficult to get through to the correct department and almost impossible to telephonically speak to anyone that can actually assist with your specific queries. I have also made requests via emails that blatantly gets ignored and I have to continuously follow up merely to be sent what I require in relation to my claim. The process of my claim has not been handled with any form of urgency despite the matter being marked as urgent and it being an emergency situation. This being in an extremely stressful situation where simple communication could have made the process of having to deal with the matter giving rise to the claim a lot easier. I will not recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance.

My matter was sent for "review" from the insurer and I got an 'update' from the complaints department and after my response to enquire about the details pertaining to the review in order for me to respond thereto I was informed that they do not even have the information yet. This morning after enquiring I was told that they are still waiting for the documents and information from the insurer ( First for women). So my claim got rejected. There has been various reasons for the rejection given to me telephonically, each one different and none was put in writing when I requested. Now I am not after 4 days even in a position to respond to the averment for the rejection with the dispute resolution team reviewing the matter, cause they do not even know what it is.
