WORST INSURANCE IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD

<p>Whne I accepted a quotation of R1420 premium per month,the last thing I expected was to deal with people who don't give a dime about their customers.First you reject my claim and then you decide to ***** third party by claiming costs of the car which was never repaired.I didn;t know I was dealing with fradusters,I sent the first email on the 30th of Setmpember,I then decided to flood your inbox and even wrote my complaint on facebook but till today the 08th of October noone.Is this an inside job??Was someone going to benefit from the money recovered from third party?From the invoice it shows that the account is for the insurance which means the insurance would have paid for the costs and claimed the whole amount from third party inclduing the excess which I couldn't pay.But because I'm a struggling student who cannot afford a lawyer,my claim doesn't matter.It doesn't matter so much that you decided to delay the legal process which has taken a toll on my finances and academic life by instituting action against legal party a few days before he is supposed to appear in court for an enquiry into his fiancial status.He was supposed to be appear on the 14th of October and I was finally going to be able to move on with my life and put this behind me since your legal department wasn't even wiling to help me.I did all of this on my wone and spent my meal allowance on sheriff's fees.I don't know what possessed me into accepting your quotation but your day wil come,you will reap what you saw.My tears are not in vain,you take the award for being the worst insurance EVER!!</p>
