Worst insurance ever ever ever ever

Was in accident on 1st December 2014, car only went in for repairs on 8th of June 2015 after months of struggling with insurance and *********** people. 10 years claim free and accident free. I was told I am not allowed to get my own quotes and don't have a choice to use auto magic Bellville. There I was told my car will take 5 day and I will have it back on 12th. I got the car back on the 23rd. 2 and a half weeks without transport. Then the job was terrible and I told them I won't accept it and want the job to be redone. Worst spray job ever. Assesor came out on the 1st of July to take photo's and do report and I was told he will phone me that same day to let me know what is going to happen forward. I told him the panelbeaters will pay for a curtasy car when they come and collect the car again. Monday the 6th of July the car rental company dropped off the car at my work but I haven't heard anything from Jaco Roodt or the panelbeaters since the 1st. That night I had to lock my car at work. On the &th I phoned Jaco and he just told me he will phone the panelbeaters to come and collect the car. Until today I haven't heard from Jaco or the panelbeaters to what is happening with my car
