Worst insurance ever

To say I’m disappointed will be an understatement. I’ve been with this insurance for over 2 years and never skipped a payment but I only get disappointment upon disappointments. They took my washing machine to get it assessed ( 2 months ago) and when I reached to them to get the machine back, the assessment company says that they didn’t fetch my machine for assessment. So who the hell took my machine? I can’t deal with such. I need my insurance cancelled now and I need my machine back please.
