Worst insurance ever!!
I am waiting for a manager to listen to my call for 7 days now!! I was asked to give him a day to listen to the call, it’s been more than a week. Each time I call to get feedback, I’m transferred to the agent and then placed on hold for 10 minutes, I just called in now and lady cut my call while I was explaining that all I am doing is holding on!! This seriously got to be the worst insurance ever!!
