Worst insurance ever.

If there was zero star, that's what I would rate this insurance company. Worst service, they always promise to call back but NEVER call back. I submitted a claim in October they rejected my claim, promised to pay for the recovery of my car from the accident scene to the panelbeaters. It is now March 2020 and my car is still with the panelbeaters written off and the insurance company is still giving me the runarrounds. I'm overseas and cannot even attend to the matter properly. I regret switching to this insurance. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone
