Worst insurance company in SA

Took out a car service policy with first for woman and I must say I'm appalled by their service. Tried booking my car in for service and they told me I was supposed to book it in within 30 days of taking out the policy and I haven't even received policy documents, and now they are telling me I still have to pay 31 premiums before cancelling the policy, they want monthly premiums for services they don't intend rendering.
