Worst insurance company in SA
This is insurance company uses car-fishing to get you to sign up. Then they take long with processing your claim without follow up calls to update you. Only when I complained did they start the process. Now they have sent my vehicle to the worst car body shop ever with poor ratings and reviews. I feel the least they can do is offer me a courtesy car due to their inconvenience and incompetence but they shift the blame to the car body shop! Yet they say they fight against women abuse. BUT...
