Worst insurance company

I am so digusted with the type of service I received with this company I processed a claim in Janaury and it's still not resolved no bother to call I am needing to call between the Insurance, the person that checks the vehicle and the company that to fix it. I have escalated this issue on numerous occasions but first for woman clearly does not care as long as the debit I paying monthly they receive I am definitely going to cancel my service with them and will never recommend this company to anyone!! You guys are suppose to help but you guys don't take ownership for anything and your customer is pathetic
